The commission is a percentage of the price the client pays, and it grows with the number of clients you successfully refer.

Recovery prices are set case by case, based on the difficulty and value of the account or issue being resolved. There are no fixed rates per type of intervention: the commission is always calculated as a percentage of the price actually agreed with that client.
The commission accrues once the recovery is completed successfully, with payment within 1-5 business days.

To stay in the program, partners may not:
- cold-contact people or send unsolicited messages on Catalix's behalf;
- present themselves as Catalix or use our brand without written authorization;
- promise timelines, outcomes, or prices on our behalf.
Breaking any of these rules results in immediate removal from the program.
How long before I get paid my commission?
The commission is paid within 1-5 business days of the recovery being completed successfully.
What happens if the client gets refunded?
If the recovery isn't successful and the client is refunded per our Terms of Service, no commission is owed for that case.
Can I refer clients from other countries?
Yes. The recovery service is available in Italian, English, and Spanish, so you can refer clients from different countries.
How many clients do I need to refer to stay in the program?
There's no mandatory minimum to stay in the program. Higher commission tiers unlock as the number of clients you successfully refer grows.
