Terms of Service

Service description

Catalix Support provides professional assistance for recovering disabled, hacked, or shadowbanned social media accounts, using official appeal channels, escalation to platform support teams, and help preparing the documentation needed to prove legitimate account ownership.

The service never involves unauthorized access to third-party accounts, bypassing security measures, or any activity that violates the terms of service of the platforms involved or applicable law.

Legitimate ownership requirement

The client represents, under their own responsibility, that they are the legitimate owner of the account for which assistance is requested, or are acting with the legitimate owner's authorization. Catalix Support reserves the right to request supporting documentation and to refuse or discontinue the service absent sufficient proof.

Price and payment terms

The service price is agreed with the client during the free preliminary WhatsApp assessment, based on the platform involved, case complexity, and requested urgency, and is communicated before any paid work begins.

Money-back guarantee

If, at the end of the agreed recovery process, the account is not restored, the client is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the service, under the terms and timeline communicated at the time of the agreement. The guarantee does not cover cases where the client provides false information, fails to cooperate with required verification requests, or independently stops the process before its natural conclusion.

Timelines

Recovery timelines depend on the platform involved and its own review processes, which remain outside our direct control. Any time estimates provided are purely indicative.

Limitation of liability

Catalix Support acts as an intermediary in the appeal and escalation processes provided by social platforms and cannot guarantee the outcome of decisions made independently by those platforms, subject to the money-back guarantee described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction provided under applicable consumer protection regulations.
