Through the request form we collect: full name, email address, phone number, the social platform involved, the type of problem you're experiencing, an indicative budget range, and any extra information you choose to share in the message field.

When you submit the form, your data is processed by our system to send you a personalized confirmation email and to notify our team that you've made a request. Email delivery is handled through Resend, an email service provider that processes data on our behalf as a data processor. The internal notification is delivered to the catalixagency@gmail.com mailbox, hosted on Google's infrastructure.

After submitting the form, you're also offered a direct WhatsApp link to message us right away. If you use it, the data included in that message is passed to WhatsApp, a service owned by Meta Platforms, Inc., which acts as an independent data controller for data exchanged on its platform, under its own privacy policy.

The data collected is used exclusively to contact you about your account recovery request and to provide the requested service, based on the consent you give by checking the relevant box on the form.

The providers that process your data on our behalf (Resend for email delivery, Google for the notification mailbox, Meta Platforms for WhatsApp) may do so outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses and the other safeguards required by applicable law for international data transfers.

As a data subject you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and, where applicable, request data portability, by writing to the contacts listed at the bottom of this page.

At this time, the site does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools for advertising purposes. Any future changes regarding technical or analytics cookies will be reflected in this policy.
